Ravens Give up First Round Pick to Denver

The Baltimore Ravens elected to give up their first round draft pick for the first time in team history to the Denver Broncos. In return, the Ravens will get selections in the second round (43rd overall), third round (70th) and fourth round (114th) in the 2010 NFL draft. The second round of the 2010 NFL draft will start later today.

Ed Reed Expected to Return According to Newsome

At the team’s annual draft luncheon, Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said he expects safety Ed Reed to return in 2010. He also announced that veteran cornerback Samari Rolle has been released.
