Ravens vs Jets Pre-Game Analysis

The Baltimore Ravens with be playing the Baltimore Jets AKA the New York Jets tonight. Rex Ryan has built his Jets team around former Ravens and Steelers players. Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith had a field day last week but will be tested against the Jets cornerbacks.

The Jets gave up lots of yards last week but I expect them to try to stop the running game of the Ravens tonight. If the Ravens can protect Joe Flacco and get after Sanchez, the Ravens should get the win at home.

Prediction: Ravens 24 Jets 17

    This is 2000 all over again. Scoring 34 points in a game with only one offensive touchdown has only occured 6 other times since the merger... the Ravens did it to the Jets before, during the 2000 season, their Super Bowl year.
