Ravens vs Raiders Pregame Prediction 9/13/21

The Baltimore Ravens have been plagued by injuries this preseason both in practices and preseason games. The top notch running game has been affected the most with the lost of J.K. Dobbins as well as Gus Edwards for the season before the season even started. The wide receiver position has also suffered injuries and it was already an area of concern after last season. The lost of starting cornerback Marcus Peters on defense for the season was also a major blow.

Analysis: The Ravens are banged up bad as they head into hostile territory in Las Vegas for the season opener prime time on Monday Night Football. The Raiders fans will be loud and hyped up because they have a beautiful new stadium, plus it is their home opener. I believe the Ravens are up to the challenge and will rally around the adversity and pull out a close game. Lamar Jackson has an excellent track record on Monday Night Football. Remember the Ravens vs Browns game on Monday night last year when Lamar came out of the locker room to throw a touchdown pass on 4th down and save the day like Superman?

Prediction: Ravens 20 Raiders 17
