Baltimore Ravens Love Eating Fish!

The Miami Dolphins didn't have a chance against the Baltimore Ravens on Thurday Night Football. The Ravens are in do or die mode and they were very hungry! Ravens love eating fish and the fish got eaten! Welcome back Lamar Jackson who looked great. Mark Andrews came back from the dead in time for Halloween and had 2 TD catches. Don't look now, but the Ravens have won 2 games in a row!

FINAL SCORE: Ravens 28 Fish (I mean Dolphins) 6

Ravens vs Bears: Teams Should Always Fear Ravens After a Bye Week

Following a bye week that helped important Ravens players recover from persistent injuries, Baltimore took on a Bears team that was on a four-game winning streak. John Harbaugh was facing heavy criticism fo a 1 and 5 start going into the game. The Chicago Bears had much to fear going into Baltimore to play. Since taking over as head coach in 2008, John Harbaugh's Baltimore Ravens had a remarkable record of 13-4 in games played right after a bye week, showcasing the team's ability to use the rest to regroup and dominate when they return.

Sure enough Sunday was no different. The Baltimore Ravens looked much better and the defense continues to show improvement. Tyler Huntley got the start in place of of an injured Lamar Jackson and Huntley played very well. Way better than Cooper Rush and that's for sure! Ravens went on to chase the the frightened Bears out of Baltimore with a final score of 30 to 16.

Ravens Fans Get Chance to Rest and Recover During the Bye Week

Fans of the Baltimore Ravens may feel emotionally battered and bruised by everything that has happened to them this season. We will have an opportunity to recuperate from our wounds during the bye week. The Baltimore Ravens are in an uncommon slump as the 2025 NFL season draws near its midpoint. They are currently third in the AFC North with a dreadful 1-5 record, following a franchise-worst start that included a devastating 17-3 whooping  to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6. The Ravens don't even want to recall their devastating 41-40 first-round loss to the Buffalo Bills, in which they lost a 15-point lead in the fourth quarter.

The Ravens have been beset by offensive turnovers (four interceptions from backup quarterbacks without a touchdown pass) and defensive lapses, even though they started the season as Super Bowl contenders with a loaded roster that included MVP Lamar Jackson—currently sidelined by injury—and a dominant rushing attack led by Derrick Henry that carried over from last season's historic 94.5 PFF grade. Though fans hold out hope for a Jackson-fueled comeback against the Bears in Week 8, Baltimore enters its Week 7 bye with slim playoff odds after averaging 24 points per game (14th in the league) but giving up more in crucial situations. This has led to rumors of draft-position boosts and midseason adjustments under John Harbaugh.

Ravens vs Rams Reaction: Rams Had Nothing to Fear Against the Baltimore Ravens

The Rams came into Baltimore with pretty much nothing to fear at all. The Baltimore Ravens are currently plagued with injuries and were without star quarterback Lamar Jackson. Cooper Rush started in place of Lamar and did absolutely nothing. Rush only had 11 completions for 72 yards , no TDs, and 1 interception. Rush finished with a horrible 44.2 passer rating. Rush was basically useless.

Eventually Rush was benched and replaced by Tyler Huntley. Huntley looked a little bit better than Rush and finished with a passer rating of 76.53. Huntley threw for 68 yards which was almost as much as Rush even though he had way less time to play. By the time Huntley got in the game it was too little to late because Rams knew we would have to pass at that point.

Derrick Henry had a decent day but never made it into the end zone. Henry rushed for 122 yards on 24 carries. They Ravens had opportunities to score on the goal line but Monken decided to be cute and do a couple of failed tush pushes. Probably the worse attempts at the tush push I ever seen in my life. Should have let Henry get a some running room and fed him 4 times in a row instead. Ravens left a lot of would be points on the board in this low scoring contest.

The Ravens defense looked improved except for a dumb call where they dropped nine and only had 2 pass rushers. What the hell was Zach Orr thinking on that one? Stafford had enough time write a book in the pocket on that play. Well at least the defense only gave up 17 points today instead of the usualy 35+. 17 points was great considering all the fumbles and turnovers by the offense and special teams.

FINAL SCORE: Ravens 3 Rams 17

Texans Stomp on the Ravens 44 to 10

It was a BLOWOUT! The Baltimore Ravens defense looked horrible giving up 40+ points to the Texans who have never beat the Ravens in Baltimore until today. I know the Ravens are suffering from injuries now but the defense has looked terrible all year long and it is the worst in the NFL.

Is it time for Zach Orr or John Harbaugh to go? Not only are the Ravens playing bad but they are getting more penalties than their opponents as well. The defense gave up 4 touchdown passes today and also allowed Texans QB Stroud to have an 85% passing completion rate. It's tough out here for Ravens fans these days.
