Ravens Release Chris Carr and Lee Evans

General Manager Ozzie Newsome officially announce that the Baltimore Ravens have realeased Chris Carr and Lee Evans this past Friday. Both of these players were plagued with injuries last season. Lee Evans finished the regular season with just 4 catches for 74 yards.
Chris Carr was sidelined for 7 games last season due to a hamstring injury.

Lee Evans was a major bust last year and will be forever remembered for not holding on to the potential game winning catch in the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots. This move by the Baltimore Ravens to release these veterans will free up some cap room for younger more reliable players.

  1. It was sad that the Ravens need to release Carr and Evans because of the injury that they have. But, the team just needs to do it. In order to win the games they should have the best players without any injury. We hope that in the future they would still be in Ravens.
