Patrick Ricard Provides Key Block in Ravens vs Jets Game

Patrick Ricard provided a key block to free Derrick Henry for a crucial TD run in the Ravens vs Jets game. Patrick Ricard also had a key block that allowed the fack tush play to work against the BCleveland Browns for Mark Andrews. The Baltimore Ravens are blessed to have Ricard back and health to assist the blocking schemes of the struggling offensive line.

Ravens vs Jets Pre-Game Analysis

The Baltimore Ravens with be playing the Baltimore Jets AKA the New York Jets tonight. Rex Ryan has built his Jets team around former Ravens and Steelers players. Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith had a field day last week but will be tested against the Jets cornerbacks.

The Jets gave up lots of yards last week but I expect them to try to stop the running game of the Ravens tonight. If the Ravens can protect Joe Flacco and get after Sanchez, the Ravens should get the win at home.

Prediction: Ravens 24 Jets 17

Ravens Beat Jets 10 to 9

The first Monday night football game of the 2010 season was a classic defensive battle. It was a close game because of some early turnovers by the Baltimore Ravens but the Ravens Defense showed why it has been the best in in the NFL over the last decade.

QB Mark Sanchez couldn't do anything against the Ravens. Ravens QB Flacco made some big mistakes but also made some big throws as well. What can I say? The Ravens still like to win ugly.

Final score: Ravens 10 Jets 9
